Wholesale Opportunities

Good Earth Mercantile scented products such as incense, bath & body, and home fragrances are made in-house, with many of the scents mixed by Tea herself.  We do not give our permission for the resale of these products under a different name or resale of the Good Earth Mercantile brand without expressed written consent to do so. We do have a wholesale program and pricing available for qualifying shops. Please email us if you are interested in carrying our products. info@goodearthmercantile.com . In your email, please just tell us a little bit about yourself and why you are interested in carrying our products. Chaddy will answer your email within 24hrs to discuss further steps. Our goal is to cultivate positive and lasting partnerships with like-minded sellers, size and location are not deciding factors. 

Cancellation & Return Policy 

We accept cancellations prior to shipping. Cancelations can not be accepted after an order has shipped.  (Some items may not be refunded at 100% if specialty or made to order. Terms to be agreed upon prior to purchase). We do not accept returns on items other than clothing. If there is an issue with your order we are happy to assist you in resolving the matter. Whether that be through a discount, refund, or replacement. If clothing is the wrong size or the wrong fit, returns and exchanges are accepted.

Process Times

We process orders on Tuesday & Wednesday, giving me the rest of the week for shop maintenance and product development. If you need your order to go out faster for a special occasion and a rush upgrade is not available for the product you purchased, please contact us via text or webchat and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We know that you are anxious to receive your order and we are super excited about getting it to you! You can find rush upgrades or product listings for most of our items.

Special Request

If we are out of your favorite product, please contact us. We should be able to give you an estimate on its production and relisting schedule. As far as special requests go, please do not hesitate to ask, if we have access to supplies and the time, we are happy to make special items or large quantity inventory for events.

Good Earth Mercantile ships worldwide and has had incense orders placed from all over the globe since first opening in 2017! For the shipping times on each item, be sure to check the shipping panel on each listing its your order's destination.

*For international Shipments*
GEM ships your packages Duties and Taxes Unpaid and does not collect VAT, Duties, and/or Taxes, and cannot predict what your duties and taxes will be. If you incur additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your parcel to clear customs. GEM is not responsible for these charges and will not pay them on your behalf.

You as the purchaser are solely responsible for obtaining the information regarding the laws, regulations, and restrictions. By placing an international order from the US the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If your products are returned, you will not receive a refund for your shipping charges. If your package is seized, destroyed, or returned to the US by customs, we will not be responsible for the losses.
